Mrs. Eubanks-Lockett

Mrs. Eubanks-Lockett is a native of Tuscaloosa, Al and has a degree in Healthcare Management. She’s been with SDFP since 2011. Ms. Eubanks-Lockett has over 25 years of Medical Management and Human Resource experience in various specialties, which includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and OBGYN. She prides herself on making sure the practice operates efficiently to achieve the day-to-day goals of providing excellent customer service, good communication, and teamwork. Her open door policy allows her to build a relationship of trust that encourages her staff and patients to speak creatively and/or freely regarding any issues that may arise.

Outside of work, Mrs. Eubanks- Lockett’s enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, volunteering within her church/community and enhancing her Taekwondo techniques.
