Mrs. D’Neka Colzie-Bridges is from the heart of Atlanta, Georgia and a proud graduate of the historical Booker T. Washington High School, HBCU Albany State University, and Augusta University Physician Assistant Program (formerly known as Medical College of Georgia). While in graduate school, she earned the prestigious John F. Beard’s Compassion for Service Award which is awarded to a medical student who embodies the heart for service, grace, and resilience throughout their educational career. She has risen as a beacon of excellence and compassion in healthcare and brings a wealth of experience gained from her work at South DeKalb Family Physicians and other leading healthcare organizations such as Peachtree Immediate Care and Concentra.
Mrs. Colzie-Bridges is an advocate for health literacy and is passionate about preventative health, chronic disease management, weight management, mental health care, and community outreach. She is a seasoned leader who inspires teams, comforts patients, and drives meaningful change in healthcare. Whether it’s in the clinic, the community, or the lives she touches every day at home, she is the kind of professional who not only does the work but elevates it.
During her leisure, she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and new experiences.
